Username & Password or click on Event in List?
Generally the username & password boxes are for my clients; maybe ftp uploads, specialist downloads, approvals, licenses etc but the same pictures ultimately are in my list of events. Please use the event list that is in date order and click on your event; you'll be asked on the following page for a password - this may well be case sensitive.
Once you have opened an album of photos you will see a bunch of “thumbnails” - hovering over a picture will show a larger image as will clicking on an image so you have two options in viewing a larger preview.
Depending on which of the two methods you use I'll explain what to do.
- If you are viewing the thumbnail page (where you can see all the pictures) then click on the little shopping basket symbol below the shots you want - your picture will be added to your "basket". Don't worry if you make a mistake as you can remove later when you view your basket. The shopping basket symbol will turn red and on your left it will tell you that you have “x” number of items added to basket. You will choose size/cropping/quantity later with this method (it is meant as a quick addition)
- If you had clicked on your preferred image then choose the size of print wanted (say 7x5 print) then “add image to basket). By clicking on an image you can send a low res image by email to friends (free of charge) or view pictures with a slideshow.
- When you view your basket then check your Product/print size etc. and play around with the Crop box to see if it effects the final crop ; the blue boundary box shows the crop for the chosen print size. Remember that the image has to be printed on different proportions – similar, in a way, to either an older TV format or a wide screen. Depending on the camera I used it may be worthwhile choosing a size to fit the format.
- Finally either continue shopping or checkout now…
- The SECURE checkout requires some basic details to fulfil your order with the option of a different delivery address to the billing address. The card details are unknown to me and are held by the card verification service to complete the order. I hold the details of the order and correspondence to help sort out queries.
- You will receive automated emails acknowledging the order and prompting you for imminent despatch. You can check your account or vat invoices.
- Basic print orders should get despatched the same day and quite possibly arrive the following day.
