Equipment Used

I use NIKON D700 and NIKON D300 DSLR's and am a big fan of SIGMA lenses which I'm proud to support. I have a presence on the Sigma Professional website which you can view here.

For commercial/studio work I use the HASSELBLAD H3DII (31 million pixels) body and lenses enabling me to capture very large file sizes. Both systems povide digital quality I need for almost any situation. I still keep 35mm SLR Nikon cameras and film backs for my Hassellad but have used them very rarely. I also have rental accounts to provide extra equipment both here in the UK and overseas when the situation requires. Similarily I have rental accounts for high end photographic studios near Old Street, Waterloo and Fulham - all in London

Software

I tend to shoot images in Nikon RAW (or Nikon NEF but basically each camera system has an uncompressed file - perhaps over 100 types around the world!) and use Adobe Lightroom workflow to correct exposures, cropping and output to a more common format and Hasselblads' FlexColor and Phocus software. I also use Adobe Photoshop CS4 and various other bits of software for specialist areas - noise reduction, effects and retouching. The RAW files enable me to correct colour and exposures to a greater extent without ruining my original files which I tend to keep. I then convert to my final preferred format - usually JPEG but can be TIFF or DNG. I can quote for retouching - a retouched photo can do many things - I can advise on a picture by picture basis.
